This session begins with a plenary session that reviews all of the topics covered in the first six weeks of the New Clinician Welcome Program. Learners then move into breakout sessions for interactive activities and discussion specific to each profession.

Clinicians who joined Talkiatry in September 2026

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, learners will be better able to

  1. Apply previously reviewed concepts from the New Clinician Welcome Program to analyze clinical scenarios and identify appropriate actions and decision‑making pathways.
  2. Evaluate patient cases to determine the correct escalation, documentation, and communication steps aligned with Talkiatry protocols and best practices.
  3. Integrate perspectives and responsibilities of the interprofessional care team—including clinicians, PCCs, operational partners, and support staff—when developing coordinated approaches to case-based challenges.
  4. Demonstrate effective use of available tools, workflows, and communication channels to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
